Our objective is to bring authentic Mexican food to Easton. Comparable to what one would presently find in Mexico. This vision was broadened to include the Tex-Mex cuisine.

We believe that the better the quality of the ingredients, the better the end result. We also believe that the best ingredients require less intrusion and handling to create a delicious yet exquisite meal.

We promise to use only the freshest ingredients and support our local farmers and local suppliers.
